House of Prayer will be preparing and seving the meal for L&F on Tuesday, June 3. We expect to feed around 120 hungry souls. Many hands make the job easier. Sign up at the Information Desk for a time slot that's most convenient for you.
Loaves and Fishes is at Hope Presbyterian Church (7132 Portland Ave. S.) Each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening, volunteers serve a hot meal at 5:00 pm to anyone in need of that service. (No questions asked.) Please inform anyone who might be interested.
With careful planning, we keep the ingredient costs for our meal to under $2 per person. If you can't help that evening, you might consider contributing funds for meals. Make checks payable to HOPe Fund (Loaves and Fishes in the memo line.) If you have questions, ask Pastor Chuck, Steve Johnson or Mike Murphy. Thank you!

Youth and Family Ministry Team

YFMT Recording Secretary:
Wanted, Needed, Desired and would be Loved! The Youth and Family Ministry Team wishes to thank Carol Haugen for her dedicated service as the team's recording secretary. We are now looking for another fun-loving wordsmith to participatte in the YFMT meetins once per month (usually a Thursday night) and create meeting minutes to document discussion. The YFMT monthly meeting minutes will be sent via email to all families with youth participating in our programs. The minutes are an important means by which we communicate to the HOP leadership and keep everyone informed about what's going on! Please consider this an opportunity to serve God and the youth and families of HOP! See Kristin Tranby or Cara Wright for more information or to volunteer. Thanks!!

Garage Sale Fundraiser for Youth Mission Trip will be on Saturday, May 17, from 9 am to 4 pm. If you have any items that you would like to donate for the sale, please bring them to the church office by Wednesday May 14.
